Stage 03 — For consistent monthly income
Scale
Stop trading every hour for money. Build the systems, delegation and leverage that keep it running.
- Documenting work so someone else can do it
- Hiring and paying your first help
- Building a second stream on top of the first
- Managing money, tax and reinvestment
Before you start
You should have income arriving most months and be running short on hours rather than customers. If income is still patchy, Build is your stage — there's nothing to systematise until something works reliably.
Curriculum
What you'll cover.
Write down how you work
Turning what lives in your head into checklists and processes — the prerequisite for handing anything off to anyone. Includes an SOP template.
Your first hire
What to delegate first, where to find people, how to trial them, what to pay, and how to manage someone when you've never managed anyone before.
Leverage without burnout
Productising a service, building something that sells more than once, and choosing between more clients and better clients.
A second stream
Adding income that rests on what you've already built, rather than starting from zero again. How to judge whether it's worth the split attention.
Money, tax and keeping it
Separating business and personal money, what to set aside, when to register, and reinvesting sensibly. General guidance — not a substitute for an accountant.
Still deciding?
The path finder takes thirty seconds and will tell you plainly if this isn't your stage yet.
